The CrossCheck Database is a program that has been in existence for over 10 years. Improved over those 10 years with multiple enhancements. The CrossCheck Database boasts a long proven track record. It was developed to aid a local committee of agencies, charged with helping the needy and poor of the community.  By tracking giving of gifts and services by each agency, the CrossCheck database helps participating agencies refer clients to other agencies while fighting abuses by individuals that seek help from multiple agencies for the same need that may have already been met. The application can also be used by agencies that do not share information. Specifically, this tool is a web based community level database application, that tracks goods and services that are dispersed by your church/agency/mission, at the consumer level (DL# or SS#). It is shared by other providers in the community.  The data is stored on our secure server, on a secure site, and is only accessible by those with proper login credentials.  The system also provides comprehensive reports that allows each agency to present data on giving to aid in raising future funding. While there are several advanced options, the program is designed to be simple to use, and require very little training. It supports a virtually unlimited number of agencies and clients.  There is no software to load, the appllication is web-based.  The purpose of the database is two fold: (1)   to record and easily generate reports for the participating agencies to track distributions and to easily generate forms and documentation of distributions for future applications for additional grants and funding. (2)   To help minimize abuses by recipients of the funds.
